from a lifelong passion for good
food, tradition, and a refined palate.

Since our founder was a child, he loved visiting new places and tasting their food, not just
to enjoy the meal, but to learn. He would often ask about the ingredients in each dish, eager to understand and recognize every flavor.

From a young age, he took great pleasure in the art of good eating; the aromas, the
textures, and the stories each kitchen would tell through its food. That curiosity turned into a deep appreciation for the richness of Mexican cuisine.
